April 30, 2009

There is only one game in which we find competitors in South American countries as varied as Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, Venezuela, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Panama and Dominican Republic

There is only one game that fought for the 2D fighting game crowd toe to toe in the highlight of the gender. Only one game was by far the most asked for the Evo South America organization through our e-mails.

Mortal Kombat is back!

Outselling even Street Fighter 4, hundreds of thousands of players fighting in on-line rankings and participating in uge communities, diverse tourneys and a ot of fun, Mortal Kombat vs DC Universe came to be the definitive game in the series, including new characters like Batman and Superman, and a fighting engine that truly integrates the qualities of 2D and 3D environments.

ACCOMODATIONS

April 30, 2009

To make traveling arrangements a little easier, and also to try and appoint a few hotels as common choices so people can integrate and play a lot at the hotel, we’re leaving two hotel suggestions, both from the Formule One chain.

BOTH HOTELS BELOW HAVE REGULAR CRT 14” TVS, SO UNLIKE MOST CHAINS ITS POSSIBLE TO HOOK A/V CABLES INTO IT.

Formule One São Paulo Paraíso (right next to the subway):

Address: Rua Vergueiro, 1571 – Paraíso
São Paulo – SP – BRASIL

Tel: (55) (11) 5085-5699
Fax: (55) (11) 5085-5694

Formule One São Paulo Paulista:

Endereço: Rua da Consolação, 2303 – Consolação
São Paulo – SP – BRASIL

Tel: (55) (11) 3123-7755
Fax: (55) (11) 3123-7756

We don’t have any kind of partnership with those hotels. They were chosen because they’e from a known franchise (Accor), they’re close to the subway, and they have reasonable prices.

At the time of this writing, bot hotels charge 95 reais (roughly 40 dollars) for 3 people rooms.

For 75 reais you can stay at Formule One Morumbi, a father from the subway, which is probably the best, faster and cheapest way to move around Sao Paulo.
